Creation of user_profil's panel

Hi every body! I need some help: i want to create an panel for the userprofil. I had tried by following all the procedure for creating a panel. then in the spet "Content", there we should put the content for every colum, i dont know how to do for puting in the content of the user profil This is realy important for my project so please, help me!
