Drupal 6.1

Hello,

Thanks Michelle for the great tutorials.

I am starting my next community/dating site in a while and I want to use drupal 6.1. I was wondering if there are any plans to port everything to 6.x? I noticed the advanced profile module already has a 6.x dev version, so I am guessing yes. With everybody still waiting for views and a few others to finish upgrading, I realize that it is not yet possible at the moment.

Just curious to see if I should wait or not.

I assume you meant advanced forum there? That's nearly usable. Just a few more things to fix. Advanced Profile won't be ported for some months because of the dependency on panels. I don't expect Drupal 6.x to be usable for social networking sites until this Summer at the earliest because of the sheer number of contribs they use.
