Drupal panel pages

Hi all,

I am developing a site in Druapl 5.7

I would like to use panel pages in my site.
Can anybody help me by giving me URLs of some tutorials(including video tutorials) to learn and understand the concept of panel pages?

Is there any book to learn drupal 5.7 which is freely downloadable from the net?
if so, please give the the links for that too

also how can I do file attachemnts along with Forum topics?
