How to Remove Navigation tab in Advanced Profile

I just installed advanced profile.. and I was wondering how would I go about deleting the tool bar that comes with it.. the one that says 'view, edit, track, user profile, contact, personal files, settings' Also, I was also wondering how I would be able to remove "My account" that shows up as the title when I click on 'hide title' under the settings menu. Thank you Michelle for the wonderful module!!! Hope to hear from you guys soon.

Erm...
That isn't a toolbar and it doesn't come with APK. Those are the normal tabs that are part of the user page. Michelle

no, that's not true. Advanced Profile comes with an additional edit button, or "edit profile" button, ...

Ok, APK optionally adds a tab for editing the profile. That doesn't make APK responsible for all the tabs on the user page.
