Please help: How to make left side bar content in panels pages to appear in middle content area?

Ok so this is what I did.. I went to panel pages --> user profile --> content.. and I made a page that looks like the attached image:

Left Side bar
Middle Content area
Bottom area

In my left side bar I have things such as 'edit my profile, view my gallery.. etc etc'

How would I be able so that when items from my 'left side bar' are clicked so that they appear in the Middle Content area?

Right now when I click, say, gallery, it opens the gallery in an entire different menu.. I want to be able to have the Left Side Bar and Bottom Area static while changing the middle area when I click things..

Could anyone help me with this issue?
