[Solved] Low resolution problem

I used your absolutely brilliant tutorial for My Site and would like to thank you immensly for this. However there is a small problem with users who's screen resolution is 1024x768 or lower. The user profile name etc becomes merged into "about me" and Topics I've participated in becomes far too wide and spills out into other sections.

Not being hugely experienced with CSS i thought I'd ask you before fiddling around too much. Sorry if this request has already been posted, but I could not find it anywhere.
